Das Team hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen die perfekte Ringgröße für mich herauszufinden und der Ring passt wie angegossen! Es hat sehr geholfen den Rat zu befolgen bei einem Juwelier meine Ringgröße zu ermitteln.
Ich habe den Ring auch noch gravieren lassen und die Gravur ist hervorragend! Masaru war sehr hilfsbereit die passenden Kanji für mich herauszufinden und mir verschiedene Designs zu schicken.
Ich bin rundum zufrieden und kann es sehr weiterempfehlen. Vom Beginn der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt des Ringes verging weniger als ein Monat und das für ein maßgeschneidertes Schmuckstück!

I purchased the Heart Sutra ring from Team Wakon. Masaru provided prompt and friendly service that made the whole process a straightforward and seamless experience. My fiancé picked this ring to be his wedding band because the heart sutra is his favorite sutra. He was also very attracted to the fine craftsmanship of the engraving. We had to get this ring, so I sent an email asking if it would arrive in time for our wedding due to international shipping delays. I cannot begin to describe how amazing this team is. First of all, Masaru, the chairman of Team Wakon is incredible, personable, and hospitable. He not only made sure the ring would arrive on time, he also asked for exact measurements so that the ring would fit perfect (and it does), and also gave us the idea to engrave my fiancé’s bonji on the ring (which happens to be my bonji too!). They also stamped his initials inside, which was a sweet touch. We are overjoyed with how the ring came out, my fiancé is wearing it now even before our wedding! Master Saito, who engraved the ring himself, is absolutely brilliant. We are speechless by his craftsmanship and speed. We cannot say thank you enough to this wonderful team! Thank you so much!

After ordering this ring, I wrote with this elegant man called Masaru (Masa). He asked me what precise size my ring should be or if I want any engraving... etc. after writing all the Information, he informs me when the shipment arrives (still, was way faster delivered). opening the package and seeing a beautiful exact version of this ring with perfect engraving and size.

I used a template for drawing circles to find my ring size. The ring as made fit exactly like the template going over my finger. Perfect! Polished such that the ring feels like silk sliding onto my finger.
