I got a Family Crest, octagon shape pendant with my kamon custom-made. Masa-san was extremely helpful and fast with communication making it easy to make sure my pendant top was the way I wanted it. The pendant is high-quality and I couldn't be happier with it. It also arrived extremely quickly since it was shipped. I couldn't recommend anything made by Master Saito and his team enough.

I'm writing to thank Masa-sama and Saito Sensei for the beautiful, custom crafted kamon pendant that will become one of my family's most treasured heirlooms. From the very first communications with Masa-sama, I was thankful for his interest in my family history and traditions that led to my interest in obtaining a kamon pendant. Masa-sama also shared his personal and family story, which helped me feel comfortable placing an online order for such an important item. Saito Sensei was willingness to create a custom pendant with my family kamon in a very reasonable amount of time. I also wanted my name engraved on the back of the pendant, and Saito Sensei provided me with three different artistic versions from which to choose. Again extending professionalism and customer service that reinforced my decision to place my order. When I received my pendant, my expectations were far exceeded. The quality and artistry if beyond compare, and I wear the pendant every day with honor and pride. I have shown my pendant with family and friends, and will encourage them to also preserve their heritage through the artistry and craftsmanship of Team Wakon.
