Mr. Masaru kikuchi was incredibly helpful and friendly. Customer service was great. Master Saito does amazing work. My pendant had custom kanji engraved on the back. They even gave me a few fonts to choose from. My engraving came out perfect and stands out so well. Pendant was polished so well and looks beautiful. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
